Welcome to my portfolio!
My name is Vincent TO and I currently work at the General Inspection of Amundi Asset Management (part of Crédit Agricole Group) as a Headquarters Internal Inspector Auditor since September 2023.
I recently graduated from the Master’s Degree in Network Industries and Digital Economy co-accredited by French top 2 universities (Paris Dauphine University – PSL & Paris-Saclay University) and French top 3 engineering schools (École Polytechnique, Centrale Supélec & Télécom Paris).
I started my PhD in Artificial Intelligence at PSL University funded by Amundi via the French CIFRE program on the subject of “Strategic Implementation and Governance of Artificial Intelligence in Internal Audit: Methods, Challenges & Opportunities”.
By the way, I’m also an active Governor in the Algorand blockchain and an Ambassador for the Algorand Foundation during my freetime. Thus, I was administrator of algorandfrance.com between 2021 and 2023.
I was previously an IT Risk Officer at BNP Paribas Cardif in the “IT Strategy, Risk & Governance” team in charge of the EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa) region, within the ETO (Efficiency, Technology, Operations) department.
I was also a Data Analyst at the General Secretariat of the French Ministry of Justice and at the European Back Office of Société Générale.
Furthermore, I’m also an alumni of:
- Paris Dauphine University – PSL: Master’s Degree in Business Information Systems: Audit & Consulting
- CY Tech engineering school (ex EISTI): M.Eng. in Actuarial Science & Financial Engineering.
- CY Cergy Paris University where I graduated a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with high honors during a double degree with EISTI first year of engineer program.
- University of Paris (currently Paris Cité University) where I graduated an Associate’s Degree in Statistics & Business Intelligence (currently rebrand Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science) with highest honors (top 1%)
Moreover, I’m a pianist since 2006 but also an occasional archer, basketball and table tennis player.
Last but not least, I’m very interested in data science, artificial intelligence, economy, finance, IT audit, & blockchain technology.
